The Lazy

Known locally as Crna Gora, (translated: Black Mountain) Montenegro is a country rich in resilience, culture, and humor. And since Montenegrins are famous for embracing their reputation for being a bit lazy, Lazy Mountain was the perfect fit.

Our Lazy* Values.

While technology and trends continue to change,
the principles that guide our team remain constant.

Others First

We believe great work begins with serving others. Whether we're supporting  a teammate, helping our community, or partnering with a client, we seek to put people before ourselves. The success of the team is always more valuable than the successof the individual.

Humble Ownership

We take responsibility for our work and our actions.
We celebrate wins together, own our mistakes, and approach every challenge with humility and a desire to keep improving. Humility brings a willingness to always learn, always improve, and always find ways to better serve our clients and one another.

Creative Excellence

Good enough has never been our goal. We pursue excellence in everything we create, combining craftsmanship, curiosity, and attention to detail to deliver work that exceeds expectations.

While our name may be Lazy Mountain, our work ethic is anything but. In fact, we are very much

Frequently asked questions

Are you a production company?
Not in the traditional sense.

We’re a scalable post-production partner built for ongoing content creation.

While traditional production companies are often focused on large one-time shoots, our focus is helping brands consistently produce and distribute content week after week.

Most of our clients already have footage, podcasts, recordings, or internal content pipelines. We help transform that raw material into a high volume of polished, platform-ready deliverables.

Think of us less like a film crew—and more like a long-term content infrastructure partner.
What types of content do you produce?

We produce podcasts, social clips, YouTube content, training videos, promotional videos, testimonials, motion graphics, thumbnails, and more.

If it’s part of a recurring content workflow, we’re built to support it.

Do you use AI?

Yes—we use AI when it genuinely improves the workflow or benefits the client. AI is incredibly useful for increasing efficiency, accelerating production, and helping brands create content at scale. If it helps us move faster, stay organized, or deliver better results, we’re happy to use it.

But we don’t believe brands should hand over their voice, strategy, and creative direction entirely to AI.

AI can assist with execution. Human intuition is what keeps content aligned with audience expectations, brand identity, timing, and long-term goals. Our approach is simple: use technology where it helps, and keep humans where they matter most.

How is Lazy Mountain different from hiring freelancers?

Instead of managing multiple freelancers, timelines, and communication channels, you work with one dedicated production partner.

Our team is built around consistency, reliability, and scale -so your content keeps moving without the operational headaches.

How quickly can you deliver videos?

Turnaround depends on project scope, but our workflows are designed around fast, predictable delivery.

Most recurring content is delivered on a consistent weekly schedule so your team always knows what to expect.

How does your workflow and review process work?

Once we learn your brand, we build a streamlined workflow around your team.

Files are uploaded through a secure system, our team handles production, and reviews are managed through clear feedback tools with organized revision rounds and communication.

Can you match our existing brand and editing style?

Yes.

One of our biggest priorities is consistency. We study your brand, references, tone, pacing, graphics, and creative preferences so the content feels like a natural extension of your company.

How much content can your team realistically handle each month?

A lot.

Our workflows are specifically designed for high-volume production. Whether you need a few recurring videos or hundreds of deliverables each month, we’re built to scale with your content needs.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

Not always, but we work best as a long-term production partner.

Consistent collaboration allows us to deeply understand your brand, streamline workflows, and deliver better results over time.

Are you actually lazy?

Only about the right things.

We’re lazy about unnecessary complexity
, bloated workflows, endless meetings, and making clients manage five different freelancers just to publish content consistently.

But when it comes to reliability, communication, creative quality, and hitting deadlines? Very not lazy.
